Return/Exchange Policy:
Refund immediately after receiving the goods if the goods provided by Nam Thien Company do not match the code, the quality of the goods, or the description with the customer’s order.
Return method purchased: Bring the product directly to the Company for a return or express delivery of the product if the product is not the same as the order ordered.
Refund period: 01 day from the date of receipt of the goods (Required that the goods remain in their original condition upon receipt, unused).
Refund Policy:
Refund term: 01 day from the date of receipt of the goods. Claim the goods are not used.
Ways to get money back: cash or transfer to the account provided by the customer.
Expenses for reimbursement: shall be mutually agreed upon by the two parties and calculated at a reasonable cost in accordance with the damage level (if any) of the parties.
